We take a holistic approach towards supporting your child to develop the essential life-skills to realise the power of emotions. Through play, we explore ways in which children can;

Recognise feelings and emotions
Through a play-based approach, we work on building upon your child’s physical development. These are skills which are considered essential for them to participate and engage in daily life and learning experiences. These areas include;
Gross motor skills - jumping, climbing, walking, running, catching, throwing, crossing the midline, balance and coordination.
Fine motor skills - writing, drawing, painting, using scissors, picking up small objects, manipulating toys and materials, grasping objects.
We can support you and your child around developing the skills and ability to participate in everyday activities. This includes:
Feeding - Using cutlery to eat independently, drink from a bottle/cup.
Dressing - Be able and willing to get dressed independently or with support.
Toileting - Become receptive to or successfully toilet trained.
Bathing - Find ways to contribute to bath-time.
Sleep Routines - Developing positive sleep hygiene practices.
Language and communication can be the gateway to all other areas of development. Throughout our sessions, we embed communication and language throughout all aspects of our interactions with children. We can support your child’s language and communication by;
Building upon their existing vocabulary
Encouraging your child to use language to express ideas, thoughts and opinions with clarity and purpose
Be able to articulate thoughts and needs with greater clarity
Develop your child’s expressive and receptive language
Foster a positive relationship with language
